Welcome to 'The Penny Lane'

The Penny Lane; built in Bristol in 1982 and first launched as ‘The Pride of Bath’ has sailed the River Avon in Bath offering river cruises for various parties and day-trippers. In 2007 Avon Leisure the owners of The Pride of Bath was purchased by Strawberry Field Catering Ltd, Baths premier catering company.

Since purchasing The Pride of Bath, we have completely transformed this once run down tourist boat into a modern, Contemporary, flexible floating venue. Re-launched in 2009 as The Penny Lane; Strawberry Fields aim to recapture the beauty of Bath and the Avon River. The Cruiser is available to hire for Corporate or Private Events and with the back drop of Pulteney Bridge and Weir would make the ideal Wedding Venue.
